World Weight Category
In MMA, is the Light-Heavyweight (205) class the home of the Best Strikers in the world?
And why is this? I see the best knockouts often in this category. The Heavyweights often just sit on each other, and the best throws are often in the lighter weight classes, but the Light-Heavyweights are real knockout artists.
I agree, "if you want to fall asleep, watch the heavyweights."
Because the LHW fighters can definatly throw a punch, they have the weight and speed along with the accuracy to throw a damn good power shot. However the defense of most are often poor, the mass majority of Light Heavy-Weight fighters are counter punchers when it comes down to it. And I agree with the Heavyweights being more of a wrestling only division, does seem that way here lately. Basically if you want to see a quick submission or TKO, watch the Light-Weights.
If you want to see a lengthy submission or TKO, watch the Welter-Weights. If you want to see a fight go the distance or a last minute KO, watch Middle-Weights. If you want to see a battle go the distance, or a fast TKO or KO, watch the Light Heavy-Weights. If you want to fall asleep, watch the Heavy-Weights.

Walk on :: 2009 Kyokushinkai Men's World Weight Category Tournament
Okay this isn't a marriage question but...?
I tend to get a lot of good answers in this category and everyone in the world has probably tried to lose weight so it fits in about every category!
I've been the EXACT same weight for 5 years. I'm not heavy I'm really just looking to drop an extra 10 pounds to get from a size 6 to a size 4. I eat well, I have about 1500 cals a day...lots of veggies, whole grains, fruit, lean protein ect. I also exercise often, some weights and cardio but I just can't seem to lose any weight! Any suggestions?

You have hit a plateau. That is why there will be no changes until you up the ante in your workouts and adjust your nutrition and sleep accordingly.
