Taekwondo Zen

What martial art should I look into for extra training?
So I have been doing MMA for about a year and a half, more like 15 months since I took 3 months off due to injury.
I love training, I train hard and I am determined. If there are doors leading into a career of MMA I am interested. My class teaches a blend of:
Muay Thai
Boxing
Greco-Roman
Some Kyokushin
and BJJ
My coach also did Judo, but only for like a year so he cant really teach it. I would personally love to do Judo, but there are no schools around where I live. The choices are: A couple of Kyokushin Karate schools, Zen Do Kai Karate, Various Taekwondo styles (I am not interested in at all) and thats pretty much it.
I am thinking trying Zen Do Kai since my coach is friends with the Sensei that teaches. I also know someone who goes there. Should I try this?
If not, what else can I do?
Why would you feel the need to train in something else? If you teacher is that skilled after a year and a half you should still have plenty to keep you quite busy trying to learn 5 styles already.
I really do not understand what is so appealing about being a Jack of all trades and master of none.
