Video Workout

What workout video has worked the best for you thats easy for anyone to do?
I was thinking of getting this one workout video I seen on a paid program where you use this thing called a g-ball. I was wondering what workout videos that you have used that you have seen the best results from and that is easy enough that anyone can do it.
I have the Bean workout video and all together i think it is a 30-40 min video and i love it, I feel so much better when i am done working out.

Do you know of any good workout video that doesnt require anything?
I am looking to buy a workout dvd so I can do it at home. but i dont want to have to buy anything like an ab shaper, etc. I want to be able to do everything in the video just with my body. please help!
try Zumba Fitness (they have their own website). It's a latin dance workout dvd set (its in english though. They just have Latin Dance styles). It's great. I've used it and i've lost so much weight in a few weeks (although I gained them back because laziness and bad eating habits kicked in). But its actually really fun. I hate most workout videos because they are boring and i just get tired but zumba works your entire body and does what the other videos do except they put it into dance and make it really entertaining. The only downside is that it can be pretty pricey. It's like $60 for 3 dvds and 2 toning sticks and a manual (different additional workouts, diets, and "programs"). But its totally worth it.
