There are few teachers in the west so you will need to look around on the net and ask the local dojo's perhaps. It isn't widespread, but it is a very interesting discipline. They do tend to train in some archaic weapons that are impractical in modern times, but some of the techniques are extremely effective (and sneaky).

Signature Pro Layering pictures in Paint Shop Pro X (10) for forum signatures?
Hi,
I would like to know how you layer several pictures to create a 500x200 sized signature for a forum. The method I followed (which went dodgy) was to:
1) Load up a picture and set a 500x200 canvas behind it.
2) Open up another picture and draw the lasso tool around it, copy it, and press Ctrl+E to layer it below the picture.
3) BUT: - the picture I want to layer below the other picture, doesn't go below it - it goes above. And I don't want this to happen!
Could someone please give me an easy step-by-step guide, in their answer, on how to layer pictures in a certain order.
Thanks loads in advance.
errrr 1 more question where can u find the layout from the net....I need a soucre...Thx in advance

Would it be wrong to tell parents to try a Etiquette classes before martial arts for self defense. Since most fights happen because of bad manners, wouldnt etiquette be more use to train your kids in? I practice and LOVE Judo, but feel the etiqutte classes I learned in Boy Scouts have been far more useful in protecting me from violence than either Judo, boxing or kung-fu. It always amazes me when I see parents with snotty kids and they sign them for karate and TKD to protect themselves. When a little bit of manners would probally help them even more. This is only a half serious question, I just want to see what others think.
Im not talking about dojo etiquette, but simple knowing what to say to who and how to say it.
I doubt if that'll help. They can take all the etiquette classes they want til their eyeballs fall out of their sockets, but as long as their parents do not take responsibility for the proper upbringing of their children and set a good example themselves, an etiquette class will only give the parents further excuses not to do it themselves.

Question for martial art instructors. Does TKD hand work hide spear training?
Been thinking about some of the hand work in TKD like the vertical outward block that seems a little impractical for hand to hand fighting... But it makes since for spear fighting (protect vital tendons) and the few hand movements seem to work with a spear in the hands with little modification (slight change on hand angle) Anyone fluent in that style able to shed light on if that ? Or give some examples?
I think the block you are refering to is the "high rising block" (sang dan chigamaki) spelling ouch.... yes most of the elaborate movements in TKD are very impracticle, but very powerful.... great for your body.... Our instructor had a bamboo stick he would hit our arms with on this paticular block, to demonstrate the proper angle it need to be to deflect the weapon away from our head... (if someone were to swing a baseball bat, the idea that you didnt want the ball bat to go through your arm to your head but glance off you arm) He would also explain that it will still hurt, and the best situation againt that sort of weapon is to be far away (if you can run, run) but if that is not an option you must get close... Many instructors teach only the movents (very poorly i may add), and not the pratcile application, which will get their students hurt badly. And possibly why many ppl think TKD is the laughing stock in the MA world.

Buddhists: I saw a statue of a bald Buddhist monk with a beard riding a lion and carrying a staff. Who is it?
Its hard to say without any picture. Dorje Shugden is often seen wearing a hat and not necessarily bald. I would probably say its Bodhi Dharma especially if he has fierce looking eyes. There are some images of him riding a lion or tiger and he always carried a staff.
