i adopted munchkin about three weeks ago and i find she just loves apples ive been giving her them almost everyday is that ok???

At a young age, Bearded Dragons will not to eat as much vegetation as their adult counterparts. As a Bearded Dragon ages it will eat less animal matter and more plants, leveling off at around an 80% plant and 20% animal diet. There is a huge selection of 'leafy' greens which are high in calcium to feed your Dragon, some of which are... kale, argula, collard & mustard greens, parsley, dandelion greens and flowers, endives, radish, carrot and turnip tops, escarole and chicory endive. For more of a variety, mixed into the greens may be many other veggies such as squash, corn, peas, carrots (shredded), sweet potato, cucumber, zucchini, green peppers, chard... also chopped fruit such as cantaloupe, apple, blueberries, peaches, pears, grapes, plums, raspberries... all chopped finely to avoid choking. The main idea in their diet is variety.**Do not feed your dragons iceberg lettuce as is has very little nutritional value and may give the dragon the 'runs' - prompting dehydration.
Dragons will also munch on other greens. If you take your dragon outside or allow it to roam about the house - please be sure to check that the possible munchies are not poisonous.

Hands On History - The Emergence Of The Glove As Fashion
An old and reclusive art, glove making has been intertwined with human culture since the days of the caveman. The first gloves resembled crude mittens. As the years passed, glove making became more of a refined art. Articulated fingers were stitched in to provide more dexterity and ease of movement. While glove makers' guilds once dominated in a society obsessed with a covered hand, today very few remain. Fewer still are the patterns available for hand-made gloves. Machine sewn and hand-finished gloves are mostly what you'll find in the market.
Gloves are seen in ancient writings, such as Homer's The Odyssey, in which Laertes is said to wear gloves in his garden so as to avoid the brambles. There is some debate over the translation of this text. In The History of Herodotus, written in 440 BC, Herodotus describes how Leotychides was given a bribe in the form of a gauntlet overflowing with silver, which later incriminated him.
As years passed, the complexity and versatility of gloves grew. Plated gauntlets are dated back as far as the early 14th century. Before that, mail gloves were worn. Some knights were cited as wearing mail gloves under their plated gauntlets for added strength.
Now, if we look to the fashion world, we see a marvelous array of styles. Cloth and leather gauntlets displayed intricate embroideries. Ladies in the 19th century adored opera gloves. One peculiarity is that they tried to fit their hands into gloves a size too small! This forced one's hand to rest in a half cupped position - perfect for greeting, but not for kissing. If you have ever attempted to don a glove you are too big for, you realize what a task these women undertook! Buttonhook and powdered alum provided some lubrication, but still, before an opera, determined women would sit for hours, coaxing their hands down into tight gloves.
Few tomes remain that give us real insight of early gloves. One of the more revered in existence today is Le Gant. The book, while entirely in French, reveals many patterns and divulges a brief development and history of the glove. Also included are passages telling us of the period's social relevance and sexual significance pertaining to the glove.
Insulation from the heat or cold. Protection from scratches and cuts. The instigation of duels. Bold or minute fashion statements. Gloves have worn many hats, so to speak, throughout history. They continue to be a wholly integral part of many jobs today. Conversely, there has been a sharp decline in the use of gloves as fashion accessories over the past several decades. Fewer and fewer girls attend their proms with gloves. Fashion is a fickle thing, and only time will tell the future of the glove.

Select Your On Madden 2008 for XBOX 360, is there a way to select your plays secretely?
I dont understand why its so easy to watch whoever your playing select their plays. I was playing this guy at work (yes I can play video games at work, I know its so cool) and he isnt very good. Then all of a sudden he s kicking my butt, I think he is watching me select me plays. I decided to watch what plays he picks. The plays he picks and the plays he is running are different. Whats going with that? Am I crazy?

What's up Madden fans, I hope you guys are awaiting "Maddenoliday" this year with as much anticipation as we are. Since we're getting so close to ship, I figured I'd address one of the concerns that I've seen on the boards regarding bluff mode. The comments have been so far aimed at NCAA 08, though I've even seen from last year for the 07 titles. Apparently a lot of people think there's either no way for you to hide what play you're calling in a 2 player game, or don't know how to do it.
We DO have a bluff play calling option in our 08 titles, and did in 07, but it is actually different this year. We think it's the most efficient and easy play-bluff system yet actually. Basically, once you find the play you want to call, just press and HOLD the A button (x360) or X button (PS3). Once you release the button, that play you first pressed the button down on will be what gets called. This then allows you to press and hold on a play you want, and then scroll all around the playbook and confuse your opponent as to what you actually called because you are releasing the button (and exiting the screen) anywhere else in the formation on a random play. The old last-gen way of bluffing only allowed you a max of 9 plays to bluff...this allows you to bluff every single play in the set with one button...no more 3-button method.
Unfortunately this is one of those things we just didn't showcase very well...but rest assured it's there. We'd have to be crazy to ship a game where you couldn't hide your plays. Crazy insane! Just a reminder for all you out there reading (including my buddy Ted that I played Madden against my whole life): no one likes a play watcher.
