how freaking lame am i.....?

yeah i know this sounds retarded and i'm probably making a big deal out of nothing but this is pretty stupid!!
so i though that it was spring break last week and i missed the whole week of college its only two class but today when i went in i was completely lost on wft he was talking about and my class in super quiet and everyone sticks to their own work.. my class is really hard and he was giving out test result i missed mine.. but i told him what happen and i felt like such a di.ck and embarrassed because other people heard me he was like sorry .. do i look like a reject big time.

LOL. You'll look at this years from now when you've gotten your career all settled and laugh. Stuff happens. I know we can all admit we've made some serious bloopers at one time or another. Don't even worry about it. A few weeks from now, no one will remember :0)

The main factor responsible for the fat accumulating around the belly is the processed or refined carbohydrate. To lose a belly fat three things must be followed up

1)    Cardio exercises and weight training
2)    Have a right diet
3)    Consistency

Cardio exercise must be done 4-5 times in a week in combination with weight training exercises 2-3 times. Have an eye on the calorie intake as well.

Some breadth control exercises like yoga along with the abdominal exercises is also helpful. In yoga, Vajrasana with bending to the front should help for sure. To do that you need to kneel down sit on your knees, touch your thumb with the index finger while leaving other three fingers straight on both hands, keep this in the sides of the pelvic border and bend forward as much as you can.

Direct sugar intake should be reduced and always take complex carbohydrates. In your diet protein should be in plenty amount as they give you a feeling of full stomach as well as it helps in repair of the muscles. Be extra conscious about your diet. Your diet must contain the vitamins, minerals.

So to reduce the lower belly fat self determination is the key factor.

what kind of mma/street fighting dvds should I get?

hey, I'm interested in learning some basic mma/street fighting, and I've been looking online and I just can find anything that looks like its for me.
I want a DVD thats preferably under $40 bucks, and one thats for people like me who know NOTHING about that kinda stuff and cant afford classes. something that mostly focuses on MMA and Street fighting.
I would like something that has a step by step approach to learning self defense.... I mean I'm not ever planning on playing in the UFC! but I just want to learn some stuff on how to protect my self.
oh, and I'm looking for something that two people could learn together.

Bas Rutten has the Big Books of Combat which are really great. It's an MMA bible. haha... Bas also has street fighting DVD's, which are very good for anybody who wants to learn effective street fighting, and self defense. Otherwise look up contemporary fighting arts. Sammy Franco has a ton of DVD's that are for street fighting.
