Bills Notes Lot

Where would be the best place to get, NEW, One-dollar bills? In any City.?
Most banks and check cashing places use recycled notes. What I need, for an arts project is (NEW) one-dollar bills. Lots of them.
Most National banks will have direct access to them. Call around and ask for the chief or head cashier and explain your need. If they don't have them on the vault shelf, they can order them in to arrive in a few days.

Notes & Rhymes $11.98 The Proclaimers, who will forever have fans who only show up to shows to hear the inevitable "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" encore, have quietly amassed an impressive canon of material since their 1987 debut. Some may have (unfairly) tossed the duo into the "one-hit wonder" pile after the success of its signature hit, but brothers Craig and Charlie Reid have managed to outlive their initial burst of fame and settle into a sustainable career that consistently produces album after album of the kind of amiable adult alternative pop/rock that brings lesser acts riches. Released in 2009, Notes & Rhymes is textbook Proclaimers, utilizing the template of two or three rockers, a couple of covers, and a whole lot of heartfelt balladry. The brothers' signature blend of R&B, country, soul, and folk filtered through two of the thickest Scottish brogues in modern music is just as charming (or grating, depending on which camp you reside in) as it was in the late '80s, and songs like "Love Can Move Mountains," "Just Look Now," and "On Causewayside" prove that the siblings have lost none of their wit and warmth. While 2003's Born Innocent remains the outfit's best (and most diverse) late-period release to date, Notes & Rhymes chimes in at a not so distant second. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi Performers: Charlie Jones - Harmonica; Davide Rossi - Viola, Violin; Garry John Kane - Double Bass, Handclapping, Guitar (Bass); Joanna Nye - Vocals (Background); Steve Christie - Organ (Hammond); Stevie Christie - Organ (Hammond), Accordion, Piano, Keyboards; Charlie Reid - Guitar (Acoustic), Vocals; Clive Jernner - Handclapping, Percussion, Drums; |

Why do a lot of parents pay for their childs cell phone bill?
I find it ridiculous that some parents pay for their childs bill, especially when they use it to text and call friends, and whatever else. I got my first cell phone at age 13 and had to pay for it every month while all of my other friends who had phones had theirs payed for them. This taught me a lot of responsibility as well. For that, I am just wondering why some parents pay for their childs bills.
Note: This is my opinion and I do not mean to offend anyone.. If you are offended please accept my apologies, Thank you!
My parents gave me my first cell phone halfway through my freshman year of high school. I did after school activities and seeing as I didn't have any income of my own, they paid for it. It was more for them than it was for me. At this point in time, text messaging wasn't popular and I really only used my cell phone to keep in contact with my family and occasionally call friends. Even after I got my first job a year later, they continued to pay for me. Adding an extra line usually only costs an additional ten or so dollars per month, so it was not a big deal. My parents are not wealthy in any way, shape, or form and I am certainly not spoiled. However, I am now in college and they continue to pay my cell phone bill, as well as my older sister's. They want to be able to contact me whenever I want, and I think my mother enjoys knowing that she can help out in tough times.
My little sister is 13 and has had a cell phone for over a year now. While this may seem like an effort to spoil her, we live in a big city and it gives my parents peace of mind to know she has a way to contact them or the authorities whenever she would need to.
My parents' plan includes unlimited texting and if one of us goes over the minutes, we are expected to pay for it, obviously. For a few bucks a month, they have piece of mind and constant contact with their daughters. It's not an effort to spoil us, but to keep us safe. I think that paying one's own cell phone bill could indeed teach responsibility. However, I learned it other ways. It certainly hasn't hurt me to have them pay, and I am very appreciative of it.
