What is the best boxing glove size for the heavy bag?
Personally I liked to have the biggest sized gloves, this allows you to punch harder without as much damage to your hands, elbows and shoulders........ but on the downside you lose a lot of speed with large gloves and they can make you clumsy.
If you are going to work the bag without trying to punch holes in it, then go with with some 12-14oz gloves. I always bought gloves that were a size too big for my hands as I like to wrap old pieces of foam around my hands to protect them.
Remember the long term effects of hitting things catch up to you....... hitting bags is great just take care of your hands, elbows and shoulders while doing it.
A good idea is to buy a waterfilled bag that has foam wrapped around it.
You should also either join a gym or buy a good heavy bag DVD otherwise it can get boring.

I know exactly what you mean (I'm 6'1", 140 lb).
I have to say, I would not try to buy a wetsuit online–even with 'sizing charts' (and all manufacturers have different standards for S/M/L/XL/…), this is one piece of gear (like the mask) that is so important to your comfort underwater that you really need to try on several before you buy one. Online stores are generally only cheaper than bricks-and-mortar if you don't need to return the goods–unless they're also willing to cover return postage for non-fitting items (few do).
The most important measurement in a wetsuit (for a man, anyway) is the torso length, so I would advise you not to get a shorter suit than you need–unless you want every dive to bring tears to your eyes, if you know what I mean. Also, it's much easier to adjust a suit for width than for length, especially if the entry zip is vertical.
If there is anyone in your area who does neoprene tailoring, you could buy a 'nearly right' suit off-the peg, and then have it adjusted to your measurements (usually just involves narrowing/ removing a side panel or two). Check your local directory services for 'neoprene tailor' or 'wetsuit repair' (or ask at your local dive shop). This will likely be cheaper than going the full custom-build route, although obviously somewhat more expensive than getting a well-fitting OTP (but if that's not possible, then you don't have many alternatives).
You might also consider looking at 'women's' rather than 'men's' suits–these tend to be cut much narrower and less 'triangular' from top to bottom (a lot of men's XL/XXL suits look like they were cut for Sly or Arnie, rather than real people!). So long as it's not actually pink and girly, no-one will ever know (and even if they do, who cares so long as you're warm?).
